Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or contacting the workshop, you agree to these Terms and to the lawful use of the site for service enquiries, bookings, and related communications. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

Section 02

Service Scope

The workshop provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including inspection, tune-up, brake service, drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair. Any final scope depends on the bicycle's condition after intake and inspection, and no final repair price is promised before that inspection is completed.

03 Clause

Quotes and Payment

Quoted labour charges are based on the inspection and the agreed scope of work. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and parts are ordered only after compatibility and price have been confirmed. Additional work requires approval before it is carried out.

04 Clause

Service Conditions

Service timing is estimated in good faith and may change if parts are unavailable, compatibility issues arise, or the bicycle requires additional work. The workshop does not guarantee same-day completion unless that has been specifically confirmed for the appointment and required parts.

06 Clause

Disclaimer of Liability

The workshop will use reasonable care in performing services and may provide an inspection summary and post-service function check. However, servicing does not make a bicycle completely safe, failure-proof, or suitable for every road condition, and the customer remains responsible for normal use and maintenance.
